“Lived here 2016-18. Great experience. Service was always timely & professional, buildings felt new & undamaged. A lot of grassy space & the forest behind the buildings was nice scenery … Friendly staff … Oh, & I almost never even knew I had neighbors.” – Joseph- Google
“Quiet, clean, & great maintenance staff. Haven't had any issues with hot water, electric or A/C. Parking has never been a problem. Plenty of storage. Super accommodating for dogs ... Floorplans are all functional space … I ended up liking the washer & dryer in the kitchen a lot more than I thought I would … Didn't really use the amenities but they always looked well taken care of.” – Resident- Apartments.com
Very good with maintenance. Never have had any serious issues. Parking is great. All good neighbor's who are friendly. Very quite part of Bellevue right off the interstate. Convenient with KUM AND GO Across the street. Pool is great in the summer time. Not very much to complain about unless you have to nitpick and be perfect. Updated newly built buildings less than 20 years old I believe. One of the best apartments in Bellevue. In unit laundry is worth it. - Verified Resident- ApartmentRatings.com
The employees have always been very helpful. I have enjoyed my stay. The grounds have always been very well maintained. The area is quiet and makes for a good place to live. I would definitely recommend this place. - Verified Resident- ApartmentRatings.com
The move in process was really easy and hassle free. Had a couple of hiccups along the way, but they got resolved. The apartments are pretty nice and spacious and feel more like a house, than a apartment. I live on the first floor and for the most part my neighbors don’t make a lot of noise. I just hear footsteps sometimes. The rent isn’t bad compared to other parts of Bellevue & Omaha. I would recommend moving here for your first apartment or for something modest in Bellevue. - Max- Google
