Very good with maintenance. Never have had any serious issues. Parking is great. All good neighbor's who are friendly. Very quite part of Bellevue right off the interstate. Convenient with KUM AND GO Across the street. Pool is great in the summer time. Not very much to complain about unless you have to nitpick and be perfect. Updated newly built buildings less than 20 years old I believe. One of the best apartments in Bellevue. In unit laundry is worth it. - Verified Resident

The move in process was really easy and hassle free. Had a couple of hiccups along the way, but they got resolved. The apartments are pretty nice and spacious and feel more like a house, than a apartment. I live on the first floor and for the most part my neighbors don’t make a lot of noise. I just hear footsteps sometimes. The rent isn’t bad compared to other parts of Bellevue & Omaha. I would recommend moving here for your first apartment or for something modest in Bellevue. - Max

I loveit here. Friendly staff and excellect maintenance man. The grounds are always taken care of. Very nice and friendly neighbors. I don't hear any sort of noise from other apartments. If you or anyone you know is looking for an apartment, check out Colonial Point at Fairview... You won't be disappointed! - Verified Resident

They do a great job keeping the property in good looking shape. If you have a problem within your apartment they are quick to get it repaired. Close to major highway for shopping and a hospital is three miles away. So far excellent. - Tom

Lived here for about 4 years? No problems, nice community, nice apartments. Looked at quite a few other apartments in the area before deciding and Colonial Pointe beat them all: cost, places park after work, quality for what you pay. - Nick
